Business Plan Review
At the request of venture companies, DDD reviews proposed business plans for the rationale of regulatory and clinical strategies, reasonableness of timelines, and scientific soundness of the proposed clinical plan.
Troubleshooting
DDD assists venture groups when it is perceived that one of their funded companies is not meeting expectations. This may include, but is not limited to, providing help as expert resources for in-house staff, determining which part(s) of the clinical regulatory program is in difficulty, or documenting needed changes in personnel. DDD may be asked do an "audit" of the clinical/regulatory programs for the venture company.
Acquisitions or Partnering
Companies that may want to acquire another company's product, technology, or use patent may ask DDD to act as a third party reviewer. DDD reviews pertinent regulatory strategy, quality systems, clinical trial protocols and data.
